We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master/Agile Business Analyst to join our team at Phaeton Solutions, LLC. This individual will play a dual role, primarily grooming backlog, story writing, and helping the Project Manager and development team with Scrum ceremonies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help Project Manager with duties such as driving time-boxed iterations, sprint planning, daily-stands, sprint reviews, retrospective, and scrum board administration.
- As an Agile Business Analyst, analyze business domain initiatives to identify epics and features requirements, help Product Owner develop and manage Product strategy, stock and groom the Product Catalog, and convert business requirements into business process flows and functional requirements.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business and technical requirements, and effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of the product vision and requirements.
- Facilitate meetings and Scrum ceremonies, and ensure these events run smoothly and focus on the intended outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Knowledge of different tools and techniques, facilitation skills, and technical knowledge.
- Scrum framework expertise and certifications such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
