Job Title: Scrum Master Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Cynet Systems. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for driving consistent project delivery through the entire project lifecycle. You will work closely with the project team, stakeholders, and management to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and execute project plans, release plans, and resource allocation * Manage project risks, scope, schedule, and delivery of value * Coordinate Agile Ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Refinement, and Release Planning * Track and communicate project progress from a schedule, cost, and risk perspective to the project team, stakeholders, and management * Establish an environment where the teams can be effective and help remove obstacles * Protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions * Ensure a good relationship between the team and product owner as well as others outside the team * Track and report team velocity and other project metrics * Promote continuous improvement and help teams increase productivity * Help Product Owner and team with Product backlog management Requirements: * Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of Agile project management principles and practices * Experience managing cloud-based solutions for data management and analytics * Ability to work with customers, understand their business practices, and manage their expectations * Ability to set clear performance standards and hold team members accountable, while keeping team engaged and on track * Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building * Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills * Ability to analyze and document business and system processes * Ability to balance the competing demands for quality, scope, schedule, and cost * Well-versed with Scrum and Kanban Agile methodologies * PMP and CSM Certifications required * SAFe Certification preferred Preferred Qualifications: * Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and software systems, including Azure and Google Cloud * Experience with data processing and storage tools (e.g., Spark, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Event Hub, Azure SQL, Synapse) * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Knowledge of transportation data and project management with transportation data is a plus * Experience in IT Infrastructure delivery (networking, physical plant, vendor management, site provisioning) is preferred * Experience managing large, multi-stream projects * Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server) What We Offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance If you are a motivated and experienced Scrum Master looking for a new challenge, please submit your application.
