What You'll Be Working OnAs a primary care provider, you'll be managing a diverse patient panel with a broad range of needs. You'll conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, treating patients in-office or in testing centers, and occasionally conducting tele-health visits. You'll also participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and engage in ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
You'll have the opportunity to utilize your specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures. We're committed to supporting your medical career through malpractice insurance, UpToDate subscriptions, and continuing medical education stipends.
Education, Licenses, and Experiences RequiredTo be successful in this role, you'll need to have completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification. You'll also need to have practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting or 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting. You'll be state-licensed in CA by your One Medical start date.
