As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing and implementing innovative care models, and collaborating with our medical director to achieve program goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with our medical director to achieve program goals and objectives
- Provide high-quality patient care, including conducting physical assessments, administering prescribed treatment, and dispensing medications
- Develop and conduct educational workshops for nurse practitioners and physician assistants on the latest clinical practices and patient care techniques
- Participate in quality assurance and safety programs
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
- Board certification in family medicine
- Three years of experience in acute ambulatory care
- Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a high-volume ambulatory care setting
- DEA license
- Excellent leadership, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with comprehension of medical terms in both languages
