Job Summary:

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist in our NICU, you will play a vital role in providing life-saving interventions and supporting the health and well-being of our youngest patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory care to critically ill newborns and infants
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify respiratory issues and develop effective treatment strategies
  • Administer medications and therapies as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the state of Ohio
  • Experience working in a NICU setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
