Our team is a close-knit group of committed professionals who value collaboration and personal development. We are currently seeking a Full-time LTL Picker to join our operations. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 6 AM to 3 PM, with the possibility of overtime as required.

POSITION SUMMARY: In the role of LTL Picker, you will be tasked with accurately selecting items for customer orders utilizing various forklift machinery. You will also support the palletizing and staging of orders, with opportunities for cross-training in other functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately pick items according to customer orders
  • Operate forklift machinery and pallet jacks safely
  • Interpret and follow pick tickets
  • Adhere to safety protocols consistently
  • Utilize RF handheld devices for tracking inventory

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience operating forklifts
  • Capability to lift weights up to 50 lbs
  • Positive demeanor and eagerness to learn
  • Familiarity with Reach Truck operations is a plus
