Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for accurately moving inventory in our fast-paced auto parts facility.

This role involves using a PC or RF scan gun to manage inventory projects, stock keeping, picking parts for fleet deliveries, receiving, allocating items around the facility, consolidating inventory to make space for new products, clearing product off the dock, and any special projects in our warehouse on any given day depending on facility needs.

The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, initiative to seek and tackle projects, and general willingness to learn more as situations arise. Accuracy, ability to learn, and utilize our software functions will be the key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, organize, sort, and scan inventory for stock, orders, and shipments.
  • Check for damages, and ensure accuracy of incoming parts
  • Process parts for customer orders, stock transfers, and inventory moves as needed
  • Assist internal associates with part inquiries as needed
  • Use of RF scan gun to scan parts to stock as well as tracking bins and receiving
  • Use of machinery occasionally as needed to move items around

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment
  • Previous receiving, or order processing a plus
  • Experience with inventory related projects
  • Ability to handle physical workload moving and lifting auto parts
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment when applicable
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good time management skills
  • Experience using RF scan guns and inventory software
  • Great work ethic and excellent attendance
  • Ability to learn and execute tasks in a timely fashion
  • Experience with general warehouse machinery a plus but will train.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
