Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Barista to join our team at Parlor Doughnuts World Golf. As a key member of our coffee-making crew, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee experiences for our customers.

About the Role

This role involves preparing and serving a variety of specialty coffee drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing top-notch customer service. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and efficient inventory management.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
  • Maintain a spotless and organized coffee bar area, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent customer service and drive sales growth
  • Assist with front-of-house duties as needed, such as doughnut orders and cash handling
  • Stay up-to-date on coffee brewing techniques, espresso machine operation, and retail math procedures
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must have previous experience in the food industry or as a barista, along with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to handle a fast-paced environment are also essential.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, working collaboratively in a team-oriented setting, and staying focused under pressure.
