Position Overview
As a dedicated Customer Account Representative within the law enforcement sector, your role will encompass a hybrid of responsibilities that include:
- Engaging directly with law enforcement professionals by providing essential tactical equipment, such as holsters, flashlights, boots, and tools, while also measuring for body armor and uniforms, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
- Managing customer accounts and fostering relationships by addressing inquiries and processing order requests through various communication channels.
This role necessitates a foundational understanding of the Emergency Responder Equipment industry. Our product range includes uniforms, body armor, holsters, flashlights, boots, tools, and other tactical essentials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for law enforcement clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and updating them on new product offerings.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all available products, including tactical gear and uniforms.
- Educate clients on product specifications and benefits.
- Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service, particularly in one-on-one interactions.
- Assist customers in-store with sizing for uniforms and equipment.
- Prepare and finalize Purchase Orders (P.O.'s) tailored to customer specifications.
- Process customer orders accurately via phone and email.
- Handle a significant volume of order entries with precision and efficiency.
- Continuously nurture and develop profitable relationships with clients.
- Manage incoming phone inquiries.
- Ensure the showroom floor is clean and well-stocked.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support the company's mission and objectives.

Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Proficient in computer applications (Outlook, Microsoft Office, general software).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in high-volume data entry.
- At least 2 years of experience in face-to-face customer service or account management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with law enforcement product offerings (uniforms, body armor, tactical gear).
- 4+ years of experience in customer account management.
- 4+ years of experience in direct customer service.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software (NetSuite or similar).
Compensation:
$16-$18/hourly
