We are seeking an Entry-Level Shed Sales Consultant to join our esteemed shed sales organization. No previous sales experience is necessary—just a commitment to exceptional customer service, a desire to learn, and enthusiasm for our high-quality shed offerings.

As a Shed Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting and purchasing sheds that align with their requirements and budget. You will deliver outstanding customer service, cultivate relationships with clients, and ensure a smooth sales process from beginning to end.

Compensation:

$43,500 - $67,500 Annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers in selecting sheds that fulfill their specific requirements.
  • Present a range of ready-to-sell structures and custom designs to prospective buyers.
  • Provide detailed information on product features and advantages to facilitate informed customer decisions.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery, installation, and shed specifications.
  • Actively seek potential leads through networking and prospecting activities.
  • Successfully finalize sales transactions to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
  • Maintain a well-organized and tidy showroom to enhance the customer experience.
  • Coordinate with the installation team to arrange timely delivery and setup of sheds.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor are essential.
  • Ability to quickly learn new information and adapt to changing procedures is required.
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office or CRM software, is advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary; additional training in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • A passion for continuous learning and a strong interest in career advancement within the company are important.
  • While prior sales experience, particularly in retail or construction, is preferred, it is not mandatory.
