Universal Banker

The Universal Banker role at Prevail Bank is a dynamic position that requires a customer-focused individual to help deepen relationships, attract new customers, and improve customer service. This position is responsible for assisting with opening new deposits, selling additional products to customers and prospects, and supporting the overall sales efforts of the bank.

• Assist walk-in customers with their new account needs, including checking, savings, certificates, and IRAs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to their accounts.
• Sell and promote bank products and services to customers and prospects, meeting sales goals and objectives.
• Participate in product promotions and campaigns to drive sales and growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two to three years of customer service or teller experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Valid driver's license required for travel to bank offices, training sessions, and customer meetings.
