Role Overview

As a Green Energy Solutions Representative at Clae, you will be responsible for driving new business by engaging directly with potential customers and presenting the benefits of our green energy solutions. You'll work in an assigned territory, developing leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct face-to-face presentations with residential customers in your assigned territory, educating them on community solar and third-party energy services and helping them enroll in the program.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through lead generation, and referrals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by thoroughly explaining the benefits of our solutions and answering any questions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and results.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive collective success.

What We Offer:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Able to clearly explain the benefits of our services and engage potential customers effectively.
  • Sales-Driven: Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a passion for closing deals.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay driven in a competitive sales environment.
  • Customer-Focused: Committed to providing excellent service and building lasting relationships with clients.
  • Previous Sales Experience: Preferred but not required – we provide training for the right candidates.
  • Interest in Green Energy: Passion for sustainability and helping customers make smart energy choices.
