Key Responsibilities
  • Implement design, analysis, and assessment of assigned projects utilizing sound engineering principles while adhering to business standards and requirements.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of key business drivers to effectively accomplish your tasks. Understand how your team's work integrates with others and contributes to overall objectives.
  • Collaborate with various engineering departments to enhance engine systems and designs.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge in your technical field.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of technical data generated for assigned projects in line with engineering policies.
  • Address issues within your technical knowledge base and seek guidance from senior team members for complex challenges.
  • Monitor and communicate project progress to Engineering leadership, providing timely updates on significant developments.
  • Participate as a presenter in technical and program evaluations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant engineering role.
Preferred Attributes
  • Basic understanding of turbomachinery design principles.
  • Experience in the design of aviation components.
  • Proficiency in Ansys and Unigraphics software.
  • Strong technical skills, including familiarity with engineering tools and systems.
  • Effective communication skills within an organizational context.
  • Established project management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
  • Documented experience as a self-starter with a passion for problem-solving.
