Job Responsibilities:
- Execute administrative and operational tasks, including fund transfers, updating client and account details, bill payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Address client-specific reporting requirements, which may encompass monthly financial statements and various management reports.
- Manage documentation for all bill-pay and wealth planning clients in compliance with IRS regulations.
