Core Responsibilities:
- Offer expert advice on compensation strategies, industry benchmarks, and compliance with regulations.
- Design and implement competitive compensation structures, encompassing base salary and incentive plans.
- Facilitate annual compensation reviews and conduct pay equity assessments.
- Evaluate internal job classifications against external market data.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to provide compensation-related support.
- Develop and distribute training materials and communication resources regarding compensation policies.
Qualifications for Success:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in global compensation management.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation standards and legal requirements.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders and lead initiatives.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
Preferred Credentials:
- Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP).
- Familiarity with Lean methodologies and Workday software.
Compensation Package: Competitive salary range of $131,000 to $180,000, with total compensation contingent on location, qualifications, and experience.
