Core Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert advice on compensation strategies, industry benchmarks, and compliance with regulations.
  • Design and implement competitive compensation structures, encompassing base salary and incentive plans.
  • Facilitate annual compensation reviews and conduct pay equity assessments.
  • Evaluate internal job classifications against external market data.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition to provide compensation-related support.
  • Develop and distribute training materials and communication resources regarding compensation policies.

Qualifications for Success:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in global compensation management.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation standards and legal requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.

Preferred Credentials:

  • Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP).
  • Familiarity with Lean methodologies and Workday software.

Compensation Package: Competitive salary range of $131,000 to $180,000, with total compensation contingent on location, qualifications, and experience.
