Elevate Addiction Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team in Watsonville, California. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our clients undergoing addiction treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct health screenings and assessments for new clients
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and Program Director to address client health concerns
  • Monitor client health status and provide guidance on self-administered medications
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
Requirements
  • Valid nursing license in the state of California
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Experience in addiction treatment or healthcare preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
