Position Overview: We are seeking a mechanical or aerospace engineer (or equivalent) to contribute to our hardware projects throughout their entire lifecycle. This includes stages such as requirements gathering, conceptual design, detailed engineering, manufacturing processes, and final testing and commissioning. The successful candidate will excel in a dynamic start-up atmosphere and will be eager to collaborate with a compact, high-achieving, and hands-on team.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years of practical engineering experience (which may include internships, laboratory work, or personal/team projects)
- Solid understanding of design principles
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software
- Ability to thrive in a hands-on, rapidly changing environment
- Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and task execution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant engineering experience (including internships, laboratory work, or personal/team projects)
