Medical Assistant Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Cardiac Study Center. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and flow, ensuring efficient operations and meaningful patient interactions.
  • Record patient medical histories, take and record vitals, and record lab results and other confidential information for medical records.
  • Assist physicians with medical treatments and exams, including giving injections and taking samples as needed.
  • Prepare exam rooms and clean medical instruments between patients.
  • Assist patients with any questions they may have and adhere to HIPAA and OSHA standards at all times.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited medical assisting program.
  • Washington State Medical Assistant Certification (ACTIVE) upon hire.
  • 1 year of healthcare experience (preferred, not required).
