Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment.
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform repairs to minimize downtime and production losses.
  • Inspect equipment and facilities to identify potential safety hazards and report any issues to management.
  • Train and mentor junior maintenance staff on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of equipment and facilities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6-8 years of experience in manufacturing or maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of CNC programming and mathematics.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
