Position Overview:

As a Bartender at Earth Fare, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our patrons while crafting a diverse selection of beverages. Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to all guests during their time at the bar.
  • Skillfully prepare a variety of signature drinks and cocktails.
  • Follow established pouring standards and responsible alcohol service protocols.
  • Observe guest behavior to ensure compliance with service regulations.
  • Manage multiple tables and guests efficiently.
  • Gain familiarity with menu offerings, ingredients, and presentation techniques.
  • Operate the POS system effectively to manage orders and transactions.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor in all guest interactions.
  • Present a neat and professional appearance consistently.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to represent the establishment with professionalism to guests.
