Position Summary

The Bartender plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and crafting beverages for guests at the establishment. This position embodies the values of Earth Fare, ensuring that all patrons receive attentive service while fulfilling daily responsibilities and projects in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a high level of satisfaction to all guests through effective service practices.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of a variety of specialty drinks and cocktails.
  • Follow established pouring protocols.
  • Verify the age of all guests, ensuring responsible alcohol service.
  • Efficiently manage service for multiple tables and guests.
  • Understand the ingredients and preparation methods of menu items, including their presentation.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system competently.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and accommodating demeanor in all interactions.
  • Ensure a clean and professional appearance, uphold confidentiality, and safeguard company resources.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or at least one (1) year of relevant experience in food and beverage service.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Team-oriented, empathetic, and proactive individuals are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to represent the establishment professionally to guests.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to apply.
