College of DuPage seeks adjunct faculty members to teach Culinary Sanitation. As an adjunct faculty member, you will be responsible for course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, or clinical settings. The successful candidate will be committed to teaching in a multicultural environment and welcome the opportunity to work with students with diverse learning abilities.
Responsibilities- Teach Culinary Sanitation courses in various delivery modes, including face-to-face, online, hybrid, and blended formats.
- Evaluate student performance and submit timely and accurate paperwork related to instruction.
- Meet the individual educational needs of our unique, multicultural campus.
- Minimum of an associate degree and/or a combination of education, training, and tested experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience.
- Must be a certified instructor/proctor.
- Ability to teach remotely with technology and experience in online or virtual teaching preferred.
- Access to personal technology, home computer with appropriate ability to teach online required.
