Job Summary

The Territory Representative Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the Sales Rep team with administrative duties, ensuring they can focus on their core responsibilities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to maintain seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project orders and track progress in Salesforce
  • Coordinate with Contract Managers and Sales Reps to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Process and submit documents for contracts, insurance requests, and other necessary paperwork
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and customers
  • Attend project meetings and provide administrative support as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
