    • Actively participate in daily meetings and projects, exhibiting a strong understanding of home and garden style reflective of the Terrain brand.
    • Take initiative and work productively with the team to achieve common, collaborative goals.
  • Visual and Business Operations
    • Uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer, supporting team members across departments to maintain product standards and inspirational displays.
    • Assist the leadership team in receiving and placing new product, supporting customers in-store, curbside, and local delivery.
    • Adhere to store safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and uphold all company policy and procedures to support store profitability.
Requirements

  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions

  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
