Key Responsibilities- Client and Visitor Engagement: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and visitors, creating a welcoming and secure environment.
- Security Patrols: Conduct proactive safety and security patrols throughout the facility and parking areas, monitoring security cameras and responding to issues as needed.
- Emergency Response: Respond to urgent or emergency situations in a calm and professional manner, minimizing trauma to clients and staff.
- Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document and report any unsafe conditions, security violations, or related incidents.
- Support Services: Provide escort services for clients, staff, and visitors, as needed, and assist with break coverage for the Receptionist.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, ability to establish and maintain positive relationships, and strong verbal de-escalation skills.
- Certifications: CPR certification or willingness to complete training within 90 days of hire.
- Physical Demands: Must maintain physical fitness standards, including frequent standing, walking, and climbing stairs, lifting, and getting on/off the ground or floor.
