Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Music Teacher to inspire our kindergarten and elementary students through the joy of music.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging music lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
  • Introduce students to a variety of musical genres and instruments.
  • Plan and conduct school performances and concerts.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love of music.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate music into the broader curriculum.
  • Maintain and care for musical instruments and classroom equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Some degree in music education, music, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of music theory, vocal techniques, and various musical instruments.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire and engage students of all skill levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in organizing school concerts or musical events.
  • Proficiency in playing multiple instruments.
  • Previous experience teaching music to young children, preferably in a school setting.
