In this role, under the guidance of the director, clinical coordinator, or charge nurse, the Registered Nurse will employ the nursing process to facilitate patient care. This includes conducting nursing assessments, making diagnoses, developing care plans based on these diagnoses, and implementing and evaluating the care plans. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in acute care with a focus on cardiac patients. This is a full-time position on the day shift, with eligibility for a sign-on bonus.


Qualifications

Education Requirements:
- Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing

Licensure and Certifications:
- Valid Florida Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification

Additional Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English is essential.
- Experience in ICU, CVICU, PCU, or Med-Surg with cardiac patients is highly preferred.
