We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Creative Solutions in Healthcare - East.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and developing personalized rehabilitation programs to promote healing and improve function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to identify treatment needs.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans using a variety of techniques and modalities.
  • Administer physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve mobility, and promote healing.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Active Texas license in Physical Therapy.
  • Experience in SNF/Long term care preferred.
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices and modalities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
