Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Float Pool team. As an LPN, you will provide direct and indirect patient care services, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical care services to patients, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certification upon hire and maintain current.
  • Minimum one year experience in acute care nursing preferred.
  • IV certification upon hire (state specific).
  • Current ACLS (AHA or ARC) certificate preferred or within 60 days of hire.
