Key Responsibilities:- Provide consultations and assessments to manage and stabilize emergent problems.
- Collaborate with behavioral health staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in case conferences and treatment planning for patients receiving behavioral health treatment.
- Conduct behavioral health evaluations, assessments, and follow-up care.
- Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of Michigan.
- Minimum one year of clinical nursing practice in a behavioral health setting, correctional experience preferred.
