Pediatric Home Health Care Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Location Director to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our pediatric home health care office, inspiring and motivating our team, and supporting our clinicians in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the business development and growth of the location, including budgeting, planning, and fiscal management.
- Develop and manage the partnership between operations and clinical leaders to deliver on Thrive SPC's purpose and maintain compliance and accreditation.
- Lead the performance management and development of team members to ensure retention, development, and performance.
- Ensure location growth and client satisfaction, and maintain all federal and state regulatory requirements.
- Ensure QAPI compliance and maintain a high level of employee and client satisfaction.
