Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurse to join our team. As a Pediatric Nurse with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, you will have the opportunity to work with medically complex children and their families, providing one-on-one care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to medically fragile children in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Provide education and training to families on care and management of their child's condition
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • RN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with medically complex children and their families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
