Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Under Armour. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail stores.

About the Role

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Providing exceptional customer service and engaging with customers to understand their needs.
  2. Selling products and meeting sales targets through effective merchandising and visual displays.
  3. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  4. Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  5. Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications:
  • A minimum age of 16 years (or 18 years in CA).
  • A flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in the local language.
  • Proficient use of computers and other technology.
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

Estimated Salary Range: $15.00-$16.88 per hour
