Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arena patrons and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all. The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing arena rules and regulations, supervising on-ice customer skating activities, and assisting with customer admissions and skate rental.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise on-ice customer skating activities during public skate sessions
  • Enforce rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons
  • Assist with customer admissions and skate rental
  • Assist with birthday party preparations and clean up
  • Provide first aid in the event of accidents

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Less than one year of experience
  • Relevant experience may include skating, security, patrol, customer service, cashiering, and lifeguarding
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical
  • Completion of required Incident Command System (ICS) courses in accordance with established Borough policy
