About the Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to work as a Maintenance Supervisor at Davis Development, a leading luxury apartment developer and property management company.

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the maintenance team and ensure that all properties are safe, secure, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks for units and equipment
  • Oversee the entire maintenance team, including scheduling and assigning tasks
  • Manage work orders to ensure timely completion
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Work closely with vendors and contractors to address any issues

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-family property management
  • EPA, OSHA, Fair Housing, and pool certification required
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift equipment and appliances up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation and Benefits

  • $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
