Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunities

Soliant Health is seeking dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time positions in a school district near Webb City, MO.

Job Summary:

We are looking for highly skilled SLPs to provide comprehensive speech and language assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services to students in grades K-12.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations to identify student needs.
  • Design and implement tailored treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students, promoting effective communication and language skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress and development.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Travel between 1-3 buildings to provide services to approximately 50 students.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Missouri state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
