Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate at PVH Corp., you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This part-time position requires a flexible and enthusiastic individual who can work rotating hours, including mornings and afternoons, to ensure the store is always ready for business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide TH Customer Service to company standard, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Keep merchandise filled to appropriate levels on sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
  • Ensure the store is visually distinctive and appearance impeccably maintained, adhering to visual presentation standards.
  • Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures, observing sales floor and stockroom for any unusual activity.
  • Demonstrate awareness of store sales plans and results, as well as individual contribution to business results.
  • Follow all operational policies and procedures, executing opening and closing checklist duties as directed by store management.
  • Manage time and prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining a positive store experience for customers and staff.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
  • Generate maximum sales potential in accordance with the TH Customer Service standards, building a repeat customer base through excellent service.
  • Maintain strong knowledge regarding product, promotions, and special events to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members in a fair and consistent manner, acknowledging every customer within the zone and prioritizing their needs.
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs.
Personal Qualities:
  • Represent the TH image through personal and professional appearance, demonstrating a professional image and conduct.
  • Be flexible to work rotating hours, as assigned by management, and communicate concerns to management in a timely manner.
  • Maintain respect of peer group, staff, and supervisor, creating energy and excitement around shared goals and values.
  • Support all company/management decisions, adapting to the needs of the position and undertaking night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
