Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide TH Customer Service to company standard, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and well-organized, with merchandise replenished to optimal levels.
  • Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures and maintain a strong knowledge of store sales plans and results.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to foster a positive store experience.
  • Represent the TH image through personal and professional appearance, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work rotating hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
