Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Proliance Surgeons. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing imaging procedures, assisting with patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiologic examinations following established protocols and guidelines
  • Operate radiologic and PACS equipment, ensuring proper patient positioning and exposure factors
  • Care for patient needs during examinations, providing a safe and comfortable experience
  • Evaluate procedure room and imaging equipment for technical quality and store images according to policy and guidelines
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and files in the Electronic Medical Record or paper chart, as directed
  • Coordinate printing images, copying films, and pulling images for surgery
  • Assist patients with pre and post procedures, following facility policy and established guidelines
  • Assist with housekeeping tasks as necessary to provide a safe environment for patients, team members, physicians, and guests
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration
  • Current WA State Radiologic Technologist (WSRT) certification
  • Minimum 3 years' clinical radiology experience preferred
  • Successful completion of BCLS Course within 90 days of employment required or documentation of current BCLS certification

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate is required to sit for long periods of time, stand and walk, bend and stretch. Use of telephone and computer is required. Manual dexterity required for use of computer keyboard. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 40 pounds. May require working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours.
