Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is required. You must be licensed through the State of Ohio as an LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC and have a valid Ohio Driver's License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance. Additionally, you should have no more than 5 points on your license. Within 60 days of hire, you will need to complete the required physical crisis management training(s) and certification(s) applicable to the assigned program.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Master's degree in social work or a related field is preferred. Two years of supervised social work experience in a healthcare setting, working directly with individuals, is also preferred. Experience working with youth with autism spectrum disorders and adults and youth with mental health disorders is highly valued.
