Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Installer or Lead Installer in the setup of HVAC systems and related components.
  • Support the installation of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems according to established guidelines.
  • Help with ductwork installation and related fittings.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Assist in the transportation and handling of equipment necessary for installation tasks.
  • Maintain accountability for company property, tools, and vehicles.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Uphold professional standards in all interactions and responsibilities.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of installation vehicles.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Health and Safety Responsibilities:
