  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Assist with animal care and handling by cleaning cages, feeding animals, and providing fresh water and food.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
  • Assist with visual merchandising by facing and rotating merchandise, and maintaining a visually appealing store display.
  • Participate in inventory management by counting and reconciling inventory, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the store's operations and goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
