Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide a team to collaborate effectively across the organization to support enterprise-wide initiatives. Management duties include coaching, skill enhancement, performance evaluation, and ensuring team productivity.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, organization-wide change management framework that aligns with business and workforce strategies.
- Conduct thorough change assessments to evaluate the scope and impact of changes, identify stakeholder effects, and recognize potential resistance.
- Establish change objectives and success metrics while defining overarching change strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Create and execute actionable engagement, communication, knowledge management, and training plans to facilitate adoption and meet business goals.
- Exhibit strong judgment and decision-making capabilities in anticipating project requirements and formulating innovative, sustainable solutions that add value.
- Foster robust cross-functional partnerships with key stakeholders and leaders across various departments such as Technology, Finance, Legal, HR, and People Operations.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resource management, industrial psychology, or related fields.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in areas such as organizational change management, program design and implementation, and resource management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of best practices, industry trends, and benchmarks relevant to the field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with various leadership levels.
- Ability to collaborate and build strategic partnerships across functions.
- Experience in leading program teams, both formally and informally.
- Proficiency in conducting learning and skill assessments and developing educational resources.
- Strong business acumen and data analysis skills.
- Capability to work with global stakeholders on local regulations and employment laws.
