Senior Motion Designer

FloSports, Inc. is a leading sports media company that's revolutionizing the way sports fans experience their favorite events. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Motion Designer to join our team and help shape the future of sports content.

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative powerhouse with a passion for sports and a knack for bringing visual narratives to life through motion design. As a Senior Motion Designer at FloSports, you'll play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing captivating motion graphics for various platforms, including broadcast, digital media, and social channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality motion graphics that bring sports stories, statistics, and highlights to life.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce engaging sports-related videos, from promotional content to in-game animations.
  • Ensure that all motion design work aligns with FloSports' brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and visually appealing brand identity.
  • Enhance user engagement and viewer experience through creative animations that resonate with sports fans.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring the highest quality output from the design team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends and technologies, incorporating innovative techniques into your work to keep our content fresh and competitive.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they're completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating captivating animations and videos.
  • Passion for sports and an in-depth understanding of various sports, events, and athletes.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard motion design and video editing software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
  • Strong creative vision and ability to transform ideas into visually compelling animations and videos.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate your creative vision and work well with others.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of motion design output.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.
