Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Style Consultant to join our team. As a Style Consultant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping environment, providing exceptional service to our guests, and driving sales growth through effective visual merchandising and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience
    • Create a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring guests feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.
    • Engage with guests to understand their needs, preferences, and style aspirations, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
    • Utilize knowledge of products, trends, and brand guides to deliver exceptional service and drive sales growth.
  • Visual Merchandising
    • Develop and maintain visually appealing store displays, ensuring a cohesive and engaging shopping environment.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product releases, and brand updates to inform visual merchandising decisions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute visual merchandising plans and drive sales growth.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of apparel and accessories products, including features, benefits, and styling options.
    • Stay current on product releases, trends, and brand updates to inform product knowledge and recommendations.
    • Utilize product knowledge to drive sales growth, resolve guest questions, and provide exceptional service.
  • Operations
    • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions, including cash handling and inventory management.
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to safety and compliance standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and drive sales growth.
