Job Title: Commercial Account Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our Commercial Insurance team. As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding new business targets, securing new clients, and ensuring the successful on-boarding of new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and secure new clients, ensuring successful on-boarding.
- Advise clients and make recommendations to clients.
- Attend key conferences to generate new opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts using pipeline reporting.
- Support the Specialist Insurance Leader and Specialist Insurance Account Manager with managing relationships with key partners.
- Work with Service and Renewals to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Provide insurance advice to clients and model effective protection through the provision of appropriate insurance products.
- Treat customers fairly at all times in adherence with the FCA TCF principles.
- Identify opportunities for leads to other areas of B2B, providing introductions and supporting the cross-sell process.
Requirements:
- Sound technical knowledge of insurance gained in a Broker or Insurance company environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both orally and visually.
- Ability to exceed individual targets and achieve deadlines.

- Ability to manage own diary and workload effectively and work to tight deadlines with accuracy of work.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Ability to spot and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
- Ability to use a CRM tool (preferably Salesforce) effectively from both an opportunity management and reporting perspective.
