Job Title: Finance Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Finance Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our financial systems, including NetSuite and Coupa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support financial applications, including NetSuite and Coupa, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Configure fields, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet business requirements and ensure data accuracy.
  • Build and maintain integrations between finance systems, including bundles and scripts, to ensure timely updates and efficient data exchange.
  • Respond to user application issues and enhancement requests in accordance with defined SLAs, working with vendor support organizations as needed.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and suggest projects to streamline business operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Complete testing during new system implementation projects and for scheduled system releases, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Create and maintain systems documentation, including architectural design documentation, business requirements documents, functional design documents, user manuals, test scripts, and training materials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or MIS, or strong understanding of accounting operations.
  • 4+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, with a focus on complex configuration and optimization projects.
  • Experience with NetSuite Suitescripts and following the SDLC is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
