About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team as a Senior Sales Leader. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and development of our sales department across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
• Hiring, training, and developing a team of outside and inside sales professionals
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and processes
• Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high levels of engagement and performance
• Directly selling to customers and prospects, and collaborating with operations to expand new business and current customer sales

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in B2B facility services and sales leadership
• Proven track record of driving commercial growth and expansion
• Strong marketing and sales strategy development skills
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership abilities
