Position Overview:
We are currently seeking Service Engineering Specialists to enhance our dynamic team. This role involves extensive travel, reaching up to 80-90%, which may include overnight stays and occasional weekends away from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct field service visits to client locations for installation, commissioning, urgent repairs, preventive maintenance, audits, retrofits, and training services.
  • Perform mechanical and electrical modifications, including PLC programming and servo drive configuration.
  • Facilitate site meetings with client representatives to discuss job scope, completed work, and provide training to ensure understanding of equipment operations and maintenance.
  • Meet service delivery objectives, including response times, first-time fix rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Effectively communicate with field service management and internal support teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Provide feedback on equipment reliability to quality engineering and collaborate on enhancements.
  • Adhere to industry, company, and customer safety protocols.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork, including timesheets, CRM entries, and expense reports.

Qualifications:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or Industrial Electronics is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components, as well as HMI.
- Proven experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic and mechanical issues in the field.
- Familiarity with AB CompactLogix PLC and RSLogix500/5000 programming, including minor modifications and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret complex technical documentation related to mechanics and electronics, including schematics.
- Experience with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) parameter configuration and servo drive and motor setups.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to qualify for a US passport.
