Job Overview

As an Evening Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests at the resort. Your responsibilities will include assisting with site preparations for incoming and outgoing visitors, guiding guests to their designated areas after hours, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Additionally, you will monitor the recreational facilities to ensure compliance with guest registration.

This position is seasonal and may require flexibility in scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide guests to their designated sites, ensuring proper placement within the resort's layout.
  • Assist visitors with setting up their accommodations as needed.
  • Conduct daily checks of transient sites for departures.
  • Clear waste from recently vacated sites.
  • Inspect all sites for potential issues (e.g., plumbing, pest control) and report maintenance needs to management.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints directly or escalate them to the appropriate department.
  • Enhance guest accessibility by regularly patrolling the resort and offering assistance.
  • Manage pest control measures as required.
  • Inspect equipment for cleanliness and functionality before allowing use.
  • Oversee the sale of necessary supplies, if applicable.
  • Conduct site measurements upon request.
  • Deliver special packages or mail to the appropriate locations.
  • Provide coverage at the main entrance as needed.
  • Regularly check recreational areas for unregistered guests.
  • Tag vehicles for removal at unoccupied transient sites.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while performing duties.
Qualifications:
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage, including email and internet navigation.
  • Willingness to work during non-standard hours.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • General knowledge of maintenance tasks, including janitorial, plumbing, and electrical work.
  • Ability to produce clear written reports.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this role require the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Employees may need to lift or move items weighing up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Weekly work hours may vary based on guest occupancy and other factors.
